WHY DID KATE HENSHAW MARRIAGE CRASH? AAAAWWWWWWWWWWW!!!

I have always thought Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw’s marriage was made in heaven. So the news of her marriage crumbling is really shocking. I can’t stop wondering why because there were no signs that her marriage was in trouble. When they married 12 years ago, many were ecstatic, but a few were skeptical, maintaining that they would soon separate like Nollywood couples. And for many years, bearers of doom were disappointed as Kate and her better half, Roderick James Nuttal clung together and made a success of their marriage.
Unfortunately, the dream wedding celebrated in Nigeria and the United Kingdom with a beautiful daughter to show for it has collapsed.
According to what we gathered, Kate and her British husband her no longer together! The award winning actress parted ways with her husband a few months back following ‘irreconcilable differences.’
Those who know the actress and her beau claimed the separation was not bitter at all and they now live apart (though in the same area of town in Lagos, the Lekki axis).
Blessed with a daughter, Ella who’s now 11, the couple’s lifestyle made it impossible for them to enjoy marital bliss. While Kate, now 40, is a very busy actress, moving from one location to another, and honouring endorsement engagements, Rod, also in his 40s is the Managing Director of Ledrop Nigeria Ltd and constantly travels.
Since both are hardly together to savour companionship, their relationship suffered strains- and after looking at the situation, they decided to try separation and see if they could patch things up. But they didn’t succeed.
The trial separation, which coincided with Kate Henshaw’s 40th birthday in July 2011, left both of them devastated as they realized they had grown far apart. Though the birthday gig staged at The Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos on Friday, July 22, 2011, seemed joyous for the couple, they knew they had to move on separately.
They will soon be heading to the courts to formalize their separation. We gathered that Kate and Rod are talking to lawyers and in no time, the divorce suit, which many close friends and associate expect to be amicable will begin.
