Teju’s work
The Nigerian makeup industry keeps developing at an impressive rate. One of the latest entrants into the scene is “Makeup by Teju”. The outfit is owned by young and sassy Oyeteju Tobun. The University of Lagos graduate have always had a passion for makeup.
And she turned her passion into reality when she decided to have a formal training in makeup artistry. She trained at Beauty Cook studios.
She has been working on faces since her days at UNILAG, although it started from shaping eyebrows for her colleagues and collecting a token of N100, and also making up for anyone that had a party to attend.
“Make up by Teju” which started officially January 2010 has done a few bridal make up, photoshoots and upcoming musical videos.
