OLU JACOBS CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY: A LOOK AT HIS MOST NOTABLES ROLES

The Nollywood veteran and award winning actor, Olu Jacobs
clocked 70 on wednesday, July 11, 2012.
He was treated to a surprise birthday party by the Cast and crew of the ”
King must dance naked” .They are in the UK
for the London Olympics and are billed to stage the play.
In attendance was his wife, Nollywood veteran Joke Silvia, and other Nollywood
actors such as Justus Esiri, Segun Arinze amongst others.
Olu Jacobs was born July 11, 1942,
and he is from Ogun State
(Nigeria). He
trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.
He is one of the most respected actors in Nigeria,
and his career has spanned stage, film, and home video.
He has maintained a great reputation for high standards, morality and, is no
doubt, respected for this.
A man that is quite notable on Afrocinema where he mainly plays the roles of
King or a rich man.
He has featured in over 130 movies such as: Pirates, Smoke & Mirrors,
Secret of the Lost Legend, Kingdom Apart, Beauty & The Beast, Royal
Palace amongst others.
