BIMBO AKINTOLA, OC UKEJE, CHELSEA EZE TO LEAD CELEBRITIES TO THE PREMIERE OF HOODRUSH

One of the yet-to-be-premiered movies making the rounds on all platforms in Nigeria,
Hoodrush will premiere and also hit the cinema the same day, Friday October 12, 2012 at the
popular Silverbird Galleria, VI, Lagos.

 The musical thriller which is still generating lots of positive buzz
from members of the society especially the youths on social media platforms
features talented Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akintola, O.C Ukeje, Gabriel
Afolayan, Bolanle Ninalowo, Ijeoma Agu, Lee Lee Byoma and a host of others.

The movie was directed by Dimeji Ajibola, a new comer in feature film who
has done quite a number of production works for multinationals, media houses
and has a number of short films to his credit. Hoodrush is produced by Flipsyde
Studios where Dimeji is the Technical Director.

Many industry stakeholders, celebrities and journalists from all walks of
life are all expected at the October 12 premiere and cinema release date of the
movie which has been tipped by many as one of the blockbuster movies to watch
out for this year.

SYNOPSIS
Hoodrush tells a story of two brothers closely bonded by
their love for music; but deeply separated by their means for success. Shez and
Tavier are two of a kind pursuing a Herculean dream of becoming music stars.
But all they have is their amazing vocal talents, good looks, a crib in the
ghetto and a menial job that could hardly pay for their clothing and feeding
expenses.
They
soon realize they need more to achieve their dreams, and participating and
hoping to win a credible talent hunt show comes as their only natural option.
Being at the bottom of the societal grid, ghetto life’s ugly fabric begins to
wear on them and their eventual vulnerability puts them at the mercy of the
high and mighty.
