UPGRADE YOUR LOOK THIS SEASON BY INCORPORATING LEATHER INTO YOUR OUTFIT

From jackets to pants to skirts and shorts, leather
clothing has been popping up in many stores lately, making it a cool trend to
watch out for. While leather can be somewhat tricky to pull off, it is also an
easy  and comfortable alternative for a
stylish look. If you’re a little wary about trying this trend, you
can start by looking for pieces that mix leather with other materials.

And in case you’re still not sure how to incorporate
these edgy pieces into your wardrobe, you can take a cue from Nigerian/Swiss
Pop Artist G-lory who kept it real in a black leather peplum outfit at the 2012
ELOY awards. Her peplum is fused with just a touch of perforated
leather at the skirt of the dress which gives a polished and chic look. She couldn’t have chosen better accessories than the
white pearl necklace and a sleek black clutch for a classy, yet on-trend look.

G-lory also did justice to the leather trend by
wearing leather gloves similar to the skirt of the peplum. Love the fact that
the gloves are not the conventional biker gloves but have a stylish edge.

The classic leather has been given a makeover and
