NIGERIA’S NEXT SUPER MODEL HOLDS THIS SUNDAY
Currently in its
7th edition, the model search founded by Lagos-based modelling agent Joan
Okorodudu remains one of Africa’s most coveted and has
grabbed the attention of international media outlets including BBC and
FashionTV.

grabbed the attention of international media outlets including BBC and
FashionTV.
Last year’s winner was the 15-year-old Favour Lucky, who has so far graced the
runways of Mercedes-Benz fashion week Africa, Cape
Town and Johannesburg,
plus numerous editorials. Past partecipants have made appearances at the
fashion weeks of New York and London,
in addition to BET’s annually televised Rip the runway show, alongside model
Selita Ebanks.
This year’s pack of remaining finalists is made up by sixteen girls, of which
November 24th one will be crowned winner. The event is scheduled to take place
at the prestigious Oriental Hotel, Victoria
Island, Lagos.
