HUGE VICTORY!!! CHRIS BROWN WINS JOINT CUSTODY OF DAUGHTER ROYALTY

has officially won joint custody of his daughter Royalty. The singer had a very
intense custody battle with Nia Guzman, but came out on top on Sept. 11. Brown
got to take Royalty home on Friday, but must pay Nia Guzman, Royalty’s mom,
$2500 per month in child support.

as Nia put up a nasty fight. She tried to deny Chris any custodial rights and
she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation. The judge reportedly
disagreed with her reasoning and awarded Chris 50/50 custody!

The two will
share joint physical custody, and Royalty will go back and forth every 4 days.
Wow, that’s a whole lot of travel for this one-year-old. Now that Nia lives in Cali,
it’s more feasible for them both to co-parent properly.
