WHY DJ SWITCH IS THE FIRST GLO X-FACTOR WINNER

29 year old rapper Obianuju Catherine Udeh
popularly known as DJ Switch has been crowned the first  winner of the
 Glo X Factor competition.
The finale show was recorded on Wednesday 18th September 2013 at the Dreams Studio, Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos. The organisers kept the information under wraps
until weekend when the grand finale was aired.
DJ Switch who is a geology graduate from the University of Port
Harcourt in
Rivers State  wins a whooping cash prize of N 24 Million and
a recording contract with Sony Music. She beat Eshun and Vicky in the final
event.
Just before the announcement, there were performances by UK X Factor winner
Alexandra Burke as well as Efya and Flavour. The finalists – DJ Switch, Vicky
Gomoti and Ethel Eshun also took to the stage to give their farewell
performances.
The first runner-up Ethel Eshun as well as the second runner Vicky Gomoti, both
won a cash prize of N 1 Million.


For me, I think this was no contest, DJ Switch killed it since, the others were
just tagging along. She obviously deserved to win! She is the definition of the
XFACTOR.
Vicky and Ethel also have lovely voice. But it takes more than a good voice to
win XFactor.
Dj Switch is not only an awesome singer, I love her moves, swags, mode of
singing, dance step, infact I love everything about her. Well done!!!
